     Levitations Massage is not a spa, it is a Medical Massage Clinic offering out-come based Medical Massage to clients with chronic pain, sore/tight muscles, back pain, neck pain, knee pain or any discomfort from normal wear and tear on the body. We offer specific treatments to specific body areas using a broad set of massage modalities.

     Our treatments may include Fascial Stretching which are movements that attempt to improve the functional properties of the muscular connective tissue, tendons, ligaments or joint capsules. Our treatments may also include Moist heat, where we use equipment to dilate the blood vessels to relax the body and decrease pain by boosting blood supply to the site of pain. Our treatment plans helps aid in

if you have a Flexible Spending Account 

with you employer,  Massage Therapy can be covered.  

1  Request a letter of Medical Necessity or Prescription  from your Primary Care Physician or Chiropractor, inform them you want to use your FSA  

2. Letter must include

• Therapeutic Necessity (stating why:this may relieve stress, back pain etc)
• number of sessions (how many times a month)
• duration of session (30,45, 60  mins)

3. Bring in your Flexible Spending Account card for payment to therapist  and to obtain receipt
